Connor J. Kennedy is an Associate Attorney at Bajo Cohen Agliano, P.A., where he represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil litigation matters.

Connor graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 2020 with a B.S. and a double major in Finance and Real Estate. During his undergraduate studies, he gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst Intern for a Miami-based real estate development company, where he assisted with financial modeling, market analysis, and investment evaluation.

Following graduation, Connor spent two years with Ernst & Young (EY) as a Financial Crime Compliance Analyst and Quality Control Analyst. In those roles, he conducted financial investigations, performed regulatory compliance reviews, and analyzed transactions for potential fraud and anti-money laundering concerns.

Connor later attended Stetson University College of Law, where he earned his J.D., was awarded the Professor Rebecca Morgan Merit Scholarship, and served as a member of the Stetson Law Review. During law school, he served as a Law Clerk with Bajo Cohen Agliano, P.A., worked for a trust, probate, and guardianship law firm, and externed for Sean O. Cadigan, General Magistrate for the Probate, Guardianship, Mental Health, and Trust Division of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Connor’s background in finance, real estate, compliance, litigation, trusts, estates, and guardianship matters provides him with a unique perspective in advising clients and resolving complex legal disputes. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate legal challenges with confidence through thoughtful counsel, diligent advocacy, and practical solutions.
