V. Stephen Cohen
Stephen Cohen’s practice involves primarily commercial and civil litigation in both state and federal courts, including complex business cases, employment, trade secret, and unfair competition actions, corporate and partnership disputes, securities litigation, contracts, and landlord/tenant representation. Mr. Cohen also represents landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting leases and counsels clients on various business matters and transactions.
Stephen began his career as a judicial clerk to Florida Supreme Court Justice Stephen H. Grimes. After completing his clerkship, Stephen returned home to Tampa to practice law. Prior to founding Bajo Cohen Agliano, he was a shareholder in two full-service Tampa based law firms.
