John Agliano serves as an arbitrator and mediator in all types of commercial litigation and is a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator for state circuit court and Certified Federal Civil Mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.  Throughout the years, John has gained significant experience in helping to resolve business, construction, and real estate-related disputes.


We represent regulated energy companies, including electric and natural gas utilities, defending complex property damage and injury cases that are unique to the industry.


We represent clients who have been sued for negligence and other claims arising from personal injuries and wrongful death, including power companies, shopping malls, restaurants, trucking companies, and property owners.


We offer a full suite of services to the construction industry, including contract drafting and negotiation, construction claims, contract disputes, lien issues, bid protests, OSHA citations, and architect/engineer malpractice.  Our services extend to general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners (public and private), developers, sureties, architects, engineers, design-build firms, homebuilders, and construction managers.
